This fabric skillfully replicates the indigo blue hue that graced Japanese denim approximately half a century ago, with a fade that transforms into a refreshing blue, truly earning the title of "blue jeans."

Using a slightly lighter indigo dye, reminiscent of the classic denim of the 1950s, the fabric is meticulously woven on vintage shuttle looms and hand-finished to perfection. Long-staple Zimbabwe cotton with a subtle slub texture is used in the weaving process. The jeans are adorned with exceptional details, including custom-engraved black iron buttons, a custom-branded natural leather patch, Momotaro's iconic pink selvedge, and a carefully lined back yoke. We recommend choosing your usual size. However, as always, we recommend checking the size chart first to find your perfect size.The fabric is sanforized, so there will be no shrinkage.Some people might even go for a smaller size than usual, but only those with very thin legs. The waist will experience the typical stretching seen in sanforized denim. Expect approximately 0.5 to 1 inch of stretching.
